Booking

Because every Dr. Doodle party is custom-made for your child, we’ll connect with you to plan the perfect STEM project before you book. We want to hear about your child's interests, explore fun ideas together, and make sure the activity is just right for their age group, number of guests, party space, and everything that makes them unique.

Once we’ve finalized the party details- date, time, location, and number of guests- a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. We'll officially reserve your party date once we receive the deposit.

This deposit allows us to get started behind the scenes—developing and testing your custom STEM experience, designing theme-inspired party favors, gathering materials, and preparing everything your young makers will need.

The remaining balance, including any approved add-ons or extras, is due one week before the party.

Because we put a lot of planning and customization into every celebration, the 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.

Curiosity Travels

We bring the tinkering to you.

Travel within 25 miles of Roanoke is included. For locations beyond that, there's a $0.75 charge per additional mile (round trip). For longer journeys, we'll provide a custom travel quote.

You provide the party space, tables and chairs, food, cake, decorations, and general supervision. We'll handle the STEM experience, tools, materials, party favors, and plenty of curiosity.
